Ready to turn your kitchen into a mini party? These lemon and rosemary chicken wings are just what you need. With a hint of zest from lemon and a burst of flavor from rosemary, plus a touch of heat from crushed red pepper, these wings are sure to be a hit!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, cut apart at joints (wing tips discarded)
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 10 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a big bowl, mix the chicken wings with lemon juice and olive oil. Toss them around so they’re well-coated. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. Spread the wings out on a baking sheet or roasting pan. Lay the lemon slices and rosemary sprigs over the top. Season with crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and the skin is nice and crispy.
  5. Serve hot, and don’t forget the napkins—things might get a little messy!
