Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, cut apart at joints (wing tips discarded)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 10 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a big bowl, mix the chicken wings with lemon juice and olive oil. Toss them around so they’re well-coated. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the wings out on a baking sheet or roasting pan. Lay the lemon slices and rosemary sprigs over the top. Season with crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and the skin is nice and crispy.
- Serve hot, and don’t forget the napkins—things might get a little messy!
